The White Table Cloth Experience is more than a cooking a and dining experience, but a journey of discovery, teamwork, and purpose.
VOCATIONAL MENTORSHIP
Youth are divided into teams and guided by Chef Jeff and a mentor to plan, prep, and cook a complete meal. Along the way, participants learn leadership principles, develop soft skills, and practice culinary fundamentals in a hands-on, empowering environment. Once the meal is ready, teams gather to plate with excellence, setting a white tablecloth, fine china, and fresh lime water to create a space of dignity and celebration.
INSPIRATION THROUGH FAITH & LEADERSHIP
Together, we bless the food and those who prepared it, then share in meaningful “table talk” conversations that highlight lessons learned and the power of working with intention. This experience goes beyond sparking interest in the culinary arts, it inspires young people to live a life of leadership, connection, and purpose.
