THE CHEF JEFF PROJECT
A Non-Profit 501c3
NOTICE: The Chef Jeff Project Culinary and Leadership Academy has temporarily suspended its culinary training and community service program as we prepare for an exciting new season of programming. While these core initiatives are on pause, we are pleased to announce that this fall we will be offering cooking MasterClasses and a series of Workforce Development workshops. We encourage everyone to stay engaged and explore these upcoming opportunities. Full details, including dates and registration information, will be announced soon on our website so check our Calender of Events page and follow us on social media for updates.

The Chef Jeff Project is a culinary, hospitality, and life skills training program for disenfranchised youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, and those seeking a fair chance. We offer masterclasses, life coaching, in-person and virtual culinary and hospitality training, and hands-on food service experience to help our youth learn the necessary skills to find and retain employment. Our program focuses on helping individuals overcome barriers to employment through cognitive thinking transformation, soft-skills development, professional communication, conflict resolution, and time management to not only prepare them for the workforce but to lead a more productive life.
OUR MISSION
The mission of the Chef Jeff Project rests upon the firm belief that everyone deserves a chance to flourish regardless of their circumstances. By harnessing the transformative power of culinary arts, our initiative offers a pathway toward self-sufficiency and success for those who face seemingly insurmountable challenges.
