WHERE FOOD TRANSFORMS LIVES
The Chef Jeff Project is a culinary, hospitality, and life skills training program for disenfranchised youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, and those seeking a fair chance. We offer masterclasses, life coaching, in-person and virtual culinary and hospitality training, and hands-on food service experience to help our youth learn the necessary skills to find and retain employment. Our program focuses on helping individuals overcome barriers to employment through cognitive thinking transformation, soft-skills development, professional communication, conflict resolution, and time management to not only prepare them for the workforce but to lead a more productive life.
The Chef Jeff Project empowers second-chance youth. We believe food changes lives and the spirit of hospitality can be used to speak a language of healing and restoration for generations to come.
THE CHEF JEFF PROJECT IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR CHEF PARTNERS or organizations looking to foster goodwill in the community. Complete the form below to Join us in the fight to change the lives of our youth.
